Creating Email Attachment Export Profiles

You now have the option to save your attachment. We provide

• Folder
• FileDirector
• SharePoint

You will be familiar with SharePoint and will likely want to simply save in a folder. FileDirector is a world-class document management system that we (the developers of Santiago) have been selling for many years, so have written a key integration with this.

Choose an Export profile by clicking the link as shown

Let’s assume you want to export to a Folder – choose Folder

In the above example, I am saving my attachments into the G:Media\PDF folder.

Now you are set, you can click the Save button
