Exporting attachments to FileDirector

You can export an attachment directly to FileDirector, fully indexed.

To do this you need to create a FileDirector connection. You can do this under Settings or on the export connection page as shown, by clicking the +

FileDirector settings

When setting the connection, you will need your FileDirector URL and a username and password. This will then reveal the cabinets available and you can select one and a document type.

In the field matching area above, you can map the FileDirector fields against Meta that is available from the email.

In the above example, the Statements Extractor (with its own filtering) exports to a Statements folder on the network and a Statements document type in FileDirector.
